Prohibited Shipments
Bexocargo strictly prohibits the shipment of the following:
- Illegal or Contraband Items: Drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or any item violating local or international laws.
- Hazardous Materials: Explosives, flammable liquids, toxic substances, or radioactive materials.
- Restricted Goods: Perishables (without prior approval), live animals, human remains, cash, or high-value items without declared insurance.
Violation Policy:
- Any prohibited shipment will be confiscated and reported to authorities.
- The sender will be fully liable for legal consequences and fines.
- No refunds will be issued for seized or abandoned cargo.
Shipping Rates
All prices are per kilogram (kg) and subject to change based on fuel surcharges or regulatory fees:

Notes:
- Minimum chargeable weight: 1 kg.
- Volumetric weight applies for lightweight, bulky shipments.
- Additional fees (customs, taxes, storage) are the sender's responsibility.
Required Documentation
The sender must provide:
- Commercial Invoice (for customs valuation).
- Packing List (itemized contents, weight, and value).
- Insurance Proof (for high-value or fragile goods).
- Health/Safety Certificates (if applicable, e.g., food, pharmaceuticals).
- Export/Import Permits (for restricted items).
Transit Inspections:
- Cargo may be unloaded and inspected at transit borders.
- If documents are missing, the shipment will be delayed until compliance.
- Sender bears all costs for storage, demurrage, or return shipments.
Liability & Insurance
- Bexocargo's liability is limited to USD 100 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased.
- Senders must declare full value and pay for optional insurance (rate: 2% of declared value).
- No claims for damages/losses due to improper packaging or prohibited items.
Delays & Compliance
- Delays caused by missing documents, customs checks, or regulatory holds are the sender's responsibility.
- Storage fees ($5/day) apply after 48 hours of non-compliance.
- Bexocargo may abandon shipments after 14 days of non-resolution.
